Am I required to use the online donation tracker?

The online donation tracker is optional. The receipt that you received at the time of your donation is suitable for your tax preparer, if you would like you can create a list of your donations on a separate sheet of paper and attach it to your receipt.

I entered my receipt ID and my donations did not appear.

Goodwill does not record your donated items; you may list the items that you donated on our site.

I cannot find the donations that I have already entered.

Our site is programmed to reflect the current year. Please make sure you have the proper donation year selected.

My receipt ID/Token# is not working.

Please select the “lost receipt ID” option to be issued a new number.

I would like a summary of all of my donations for the year.

Please select the year you would like summarized, and then the printer icon to the right of the selected year for a list of values for each donation made for the year. If you would like a grand total, please add the numbers provided. If you would like your list emailed, please select the mail icon.

Will Goodwill sell my email address? What does Goodwill do with my personal information?

Goodwill will never sell your personal information and will only share it if we are legally required to do so. From time to time, our marketing department may contact you to share information about our organization. However, if at any time you wish not to receive these notices, you can opt out of our mailing lists.

I selected "Get Receipt" but I have not yet received my receipt via email. Can you help?

Make sure you are checking the email associated with your donation account. If you are not receiving any emails from GoodwillSEW, check your junk email and add RetailCustomerService@goodwillsew.com to your trusted contacts. Check with your email provider to get assistance with spam filter settings if necessary.
